Luxury project by Sheth creators to come up in Bandra
Sheth Creators, a real estate company specialising in the luxury and ultra luxury segment, has launched Beaupride, a residential project in Bandra, Mumbai. The luxury residential project consists of 57 units in 22 storeys spread over a two-acre campus.
It comprises fully air-conditioned 2BHKs (with a size option of 892 sq ft and 848 sq ft) 3BHKs (1,435 sq ft) and duplex apartments. At Rs 60,000 per sq ft, these apartments will cost approximately between Rs 5.3 crore and Rs 8.65 crore. According to Hiral Sheth, director marketing at Sheth Creators, construction of the project has already started and is expected to be ready for possession in two years.
The amenities include, among others, a meditation and yoga room, bar and evening lounge, open air library and kid’s play zone. Bandra, referred to as the queen of suburbs, is one of the fastest developing suburbs in Mumbai and in any case a sought after location.
The present generation is turning out to pay more if it has to offer some luxury facilities. They are opting projects which offer such facilities like duplex apartments and bar and evening lounge.
