High Court gives liberty to BDA
Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has been given the liberty by the High Court (HC) wherein BDA wing has to deal with the investigations on the illegally constructed buildings and also on the unauthorized constructions on the yet to be constructed road near Nagharbhavi in Bangalore.
Chief Justice Vikramjit Singh reported saying that this matter prevails only between BDA and the government of Karnataka and also BDA has been given complete power to evacuate the unauthorized buildings constructed till date. He also mentioned saying that this act was filed by the residents of Chandra Layout in Bangalore.
