Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has kicked off their race in the weekend homes sector with their new venture, “The Serenes”. Located at Alibaug, a mere 0.7 km from the gorgeous Nagaon beach, The Serenes is bound to attract attention to the already thriving weekend hotspot that is frequented by the Mumbai upper class.
The developers will be drawing up a total of 49 villas inside 12 acres initially. The project, designed by the renowned architectural and design studio SAV, who are based in London, will take after the distinguishing characteristics of Alibaug’s ocean and white sands. The villas will be a private affair that will be open to life and nature, where one can settle in for a breath of rejuvenation and serenity.

The Serenes will be opening with a mixture of 3 and 4 BHK patio and courtyard villas along with a horde of luxurious features like a swimming pool, spa, meditation/yoga deck, a putting green, multi-cuisine restaurant etc.
