Pashmina Waterfront Promotes Luxury Apartments in Bangalore
Pashmina Developers are making a mark in Bangalore with their new luxury project called Pashmina Waterfront. The firm unveiled their latest residential project in east Bangalore, Karnataka, and has projected it as a high-rise luxury offering.
Phase I of Pashmina Waterfront is set in a campus over 16-acres and will house 684 apartments that are packed into five residential towers. There will be 38 floors in each tower, excluding the ground floor. These residential towers will be the tallest ones in east Bangalore and they will provide 12 acres of lush greenery and 87 percent of open space.
The developers have tactfully placed the apartment community with its entry facing the 8 lane, 220 feet wide expressway on old Madras Road. The 3 BHK apartments are a three-side open structure designed by Thomas Associates and build by Shapoorji Pallonji. There are three live lakes surrounding the apartments that lend them a scenic, lakeside view.
The property includes a clubhouse and two car parks, and the overall price starts from Rs 4,482 per sq ft. Apartments ranging from 1,779 – 2,082 sq ft holds a price above the 1 crore line. Phase 1 construction is almost over and will be available to move in by December next year.
The head- sales and marketing at Pashmina Developers, Vivek Jaiswal, outlined the project as a modern residential development that has been designed for metro-longing buyer. According to him, Pashmina Waterfront targets those elites who wouldn’t compromise on their living standards, whether it be fitness and sports or open spaces or club houses.
Conveniences like a pet park, car wash, cycle parking, workplace connectivity and a lakeside walk would surely appeal to these customers. The company claims that presently 400 families have signed up for apartments in the upcoming project.
Notable features of the Pashmina Waterfront includes a world-class 25,000 sq ft clubhouse complete with a swimming pool on the roof, a Mediterranean-style lake promenade and a multi-purpose hall. Indoor sports facilities, a squash court, a 1.5 km jogging track, therapeutic walkway, automated car wash, splash pools and gazebos are the other prime attractions of this luxurious project.
