JLL said “U.S. real estate received $5.8 billion as Indians investment last year“

Indians investment is 5.8 bn dollars in U.S. real estate which gradually increased to 6 per cent when compared to last year.

Why Indians showing interest to buy properties in U.S.?

For the past one year ended up to March 2014 it is estimating that 5.8 million dollars had invested in residential properties in United States real estate by Indian buyers which is 6 per cent more when compared to 2013.

In October 2014 a report published by United States National Association of Realtors mentioned that in cities such as Dallas, Chicago, Las Vegas, New York and Los Angeles Indians invested as an average of Rs 2.81 crore ( 459,028 dollars) in properties buying.

Several reasons are there for American citizenship obtained Indians (Indian HNIs) and settled in America to invest in properties in the country United States. With America always Indians having venerable love affair. Apart from that, once they received American citizenship they become U.S. citizens naturally and starts showing their interest in business as well as in major American cities they have their family – from the voice of JLL India’s Chairman & Country Head Anuj Puri.

Increase in annual investment makes develop in U.S. real estate

It is once again encouraging to invest in the property market of United States. After a slop post-Lehman turn downwards, snap up of properties by many number of investors at low of cost in American cities. Country of United States real estate is receiving now a very attractive return in their investments. To improve their economics U.S. government supports real estate investment.

Earlier the Reserve Bank of India makes an impossible situation by covering rendering investment and outward remittances in cut of Indian money to fight for buying foreign properties to the resident Indians. Recently, extending to Liberalized Remittances Scheme the highest annual investment to buy property in overseas for individuals increased to 1,25,000 dollars from 75,000 dollars.

It is important window though the investment limit is increased to a small amount. A best example is, a married couple having a disposition can together buy a small amount of property in United States suburb. Previously, from the limit purview and LRS scheme from option real estate had been withdrawn entirely.
