Tata Housing to invest Rs 1,500 cr in Mumbai and Kolkata realty projects
Tata Housing Development Company Ltd., one of India’s leading Real Estate Developers, to develop two new residential projects in Mumbai and Kolkata. Tata Housing will invest Rs 600 crore to develop about 700 units in a luxury housing project at Mumbai and Rs 800-900 crore in Kolkata to construct about 2,500 units in various phases.
Tata Group’s realty firm is offering 2,000 units in 25 projects, including these two new ones, across 9 cities. Two new projects code named “Infinium” in Mumbai and “117 BT Road” project at BT Road Kolkata.
Infinium is an upcoming spectacle of a towering abode, located near MHADA Colony Mulund East, Mumbai. It will be one of the tallest residential structures in Central Suburbs and sure to make it an architectural splendour and a landmark for everything else in it’s vicinity.
