Mumbai infrastructure projects on halt

Major infrastructural projects implemented under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) is rght now on halt.
Conflicts between state urban development (UD) department and state finance department (FD) has blocked infrastructure works in Mumbai.
Experts say that the non-release of state grants from these two government bodies has resulted in chaos. Release of funds from centre has been much awaited one and this intern is hitting the pace of the projects.
