PIL filed against Savitri Cinema Complex
GK-II residents’ welfare association (RWA) has filed a public interest litigation (PIL) against the opening of Savitri Cinema complex.
The PIL had been presented to Delhi high court stating that the parking space provided by the developers complex is not enough and instead has been sold to nearby shops and offices.
The PIL of 300 pages also states that the developer is not following safety norms around the complex.
Unified Traffic & Transportation Infrastructure (Planning & Engineering) Centre (UTTIPEC) alleged that they had provided provisional go ahead once they found that they were following all norms.
