Sealing drive in East Delhi after October 15
Delhi civic authorities seemed to have waken up to the loss of revenue they have been suffering from long.
On a strict note, the East Municipal Corporation (EDMC) has announced that it will undertake a sealing drive against properties that have not paid the conversion charges.
After October 15, action has been promised against those who are not paying their tax to the corporation.
18,600 properties have been identified as non-payers of conversion tax. The municipal body will also seal mobile towers that have not even applied for a license.
