Kerala- Kerala government has sent a request to Federal government to include Non-resident Indians (NRIs) in Aadhaar card plan. The Chief minister of Kerala sent this request to Federal United Progressive Alliance government at the on-going Pravasi Bharatiya Divas on January 9, 2013.
