Q: Hi All,Since long there were no mails to group and last email only talked about delay in BBMP approvals so thought of posting the current status of this project for benefit of all.Thought project had initial delay for BBMP approvals but later Project work started in Jan/Feb -2012 and currently 7/8 slabs are done. Masonry work started with lower floors. So Work Seems to be going in full swing.Hope it will complete in time and with good quality.Oceanus Vista Phase II is expected to start very soon, Final Approvals are awaited.Combined Vista Phase-I and Phase-II will make this a big and attractive project.Thanks,Peeyush, Apt Owner in Vista.

Q: BBMP approval process for Oceanus Vista is getting delayed. Initailly it was June 2010. Then it moved to October 2010 and now its January 2011. I assume that anybody who has booked a flat in Oceanus Vista will be concerned about this delay.
I would like all the people who's booked a flat in Oceanus vista to join this group and lets get together to get things moving fast.
