Has anybody booked in Brentwood? There are quite a few factors - which I'm trying to get views from others. 1) there is a confusion whether the area falls under panchayat or bbmp 2) there is public garbage dumping place used by BBMP nearby 3) road is not constructed 4)payment terms - not based on development of the project rather flat 5% every 2 months. Have you checked on these points?

2.Have you taken any loan from SBI... I am planning to book and wanted to check if this is SBI approved?
3.Is there any penalty clause for delay?
Also pls let me know if anyone knows any seriuos concern abt Vaswani Brentwood property. I am planning to book.
