If we like, then defintiely would like to go for group buying to get additional discount from the builder

Hi all, rate per sqft in this project is Rs. 4500. It's in a very good location, obviously there's good demand. Chances of discount are probably less.

Area is probably under Panchayat. Has anybody checked on that?

Has anybody booked in Brentwood? There are quite a few factors - which I'm trying to get views from others. 1) there is a confusion whether the area falls under panchayat or bbmp 2) there is public garbage dumping place used by BBMP nearby 3) road is not constructed 4)payment terms - not based on development of the project rather flat 5% every 2 months. Have you checked on these points?

Thanks for the responses. I'm contemplating in my mind yet whether to book or not to book considering these points. Feaures of the projects are good, but these concerns along with the fact that approval of the project is still in progress is going as negatives. Btw, Sales exectuvies are ready to give good discounts for group booking. So if a few of us decide in favor of the project, we can go for group booking. Though I am yet to decide on booking. have you consulted any legal expert? What does he/she say about the project?Thanks for the responses.
