Latest Answer: We request reply from the Builders of Sidharth Natura through this Common Floor for his plan of action to explain his existing & potential future Customers as how is going to manage these following points;
1) Is the Builders are going to hand over the Administration of phase 2 to existing registered Sidharth Natura Owners Welfare Association or to a new committee formed by the phase 2 members?
2) If it is handed over to a new committee, are they going to maintain the same name for Registration or any changes are required?
3) Normally, if it is an Apartment in the same complex, phase 1 / Phase 2 / Phase 3 etc.... is ok. Why a new Apartment going to be constructed far away from the the Original area named Sidharth Natura phase 2 ?

STP Plant in SIDHARTH NATURA, Medavakkam, Chennai is not ready till today (23rd August 2011). Bad smell coming out from the Sewage Treatment Plant affecting the health of most of the residence and also neighbors. Promoters started doing different tactics to convince the Association, Owners & Residents instead solving this problem. In spite repeated representation & complaint no serious action from the Promoters Sidharth Housing & Foundations (S N Constructions). What is to be done??

MOST OF THE RESIDENTS ARE BECOMING SICK DUE TO BAD SMELL & UN HYGENIC ENVIRONMENT. PROMOTERS SIDHARTH FOUNDATIONS & HOUSING / S N CONSTRUCTIONS NOT SINCERE IN SOLVING THIS ISSUE AND TRYING TO ESCAPE FROM THEIR MISTAKE BY GIVING FALSE INFORMATION TO ALL RESIDENTS.
ALL THE FUTURE BUYERS IN ANY OTHER PROJECT FROM THIS BUILDERS ARE ADVISED TO BE VERY CAREFUL.

understood Sidharth Natura at Medavakkam was delayed for hand over from 16 to 24 months. can Sidharth will include compensation / penalty clause for any delay in this new project. Also, understood lot of problems are unattended and there is no proper response from office
