Sidharth Natura: Be Cautious (SIDHARTH DAKSHIN) or in any Flat booking in Sidhath's future projects. I am giving below the following problems of serious nature kept unattended by Sidharth Natura Promoters, which may be helpful for the persons planning to book flat in the future projects of Sidharth Foundations 1) Delay in completion by 16 to 20 months (for the persons booked flat on early 2008). It is very much essential to include penaly clause in contract for any type of delay, otherwise be prepared for the delay with nice creamy words by the promoters and marketing dept. 2) Once your booking and the construction contact is over, no one will hear your cry. 3) Don't expect any reply or response for any type of letters 4) No intercom / CCTV as per promise 5) restricted running of stand by Generators with low load 6) Approach roads are done on haste, without soil strength and failed within few days 7) Sewage Treatment & circulation - Total Failure 8) False promise / commitments Sidharth Natura: Be Cautious (SIDHARTH DAKSHIN) or in any Flat booking in Sidhath's future projects. Done with unskilled persons 10) Design of Electrical Distribution and points / switch boards are very bad 11) Lot of problems inside the house kept unattended 12) Allotted Covered Car Parking (CCP) area is not uniform and small for few peoples 13) Outside decoration, lightings are only for show to promote future projects and get bookings SIDHARTH DAKSHIN Projects "BE CATIOUS". I am one of the worst affected Flat Owner of Sidharth Natura. Q: Hello,I enquired abt the 4th floor pent house and the builder says the cost will be around 72 Lakhs for 1790 Sqft.Is this really worth the cost ?Please guide me.

If you buy a flat from Sidharth Foundations & Housing, you will become one more unfortunate victim for false promise & irresponsible attitude of the promoters. Better not to go for a flat from Sidharth Foundations & Housing. It is very sad & unfortunate, till today (23rd August 2011), STP Plant in SIDHARTH NATURA, Medavakkam is not ready for its use. Bad smell coming out from the Sewage Treatment Plant affecting most of the residence and also neighbors. Promoters started doing different tactics to convince the Association, Owners & Residents instead solving this problemIt is very sad & unfortunate, till today (23rd August 2011), STP Plant in SIDHARTH NATURA, Medavakkam is not ready for its use. Q: Why the same name was kept when there is a separate Registered Association is functioning for ORIGINAL SIDHARTH NATURA for the last 2+ years to take care of the day to day Management???

We request reply from the Builders of Sidharth Natura through this Common Floor for his plan of action to explain his existing & potential future Customers as how is going to manage these following points; 1) Is the Builders are going to hand over the Administration of phase 2 to existing registered Sidharth Natura Owners Welfare Association or to a new committee formed by the phase 2 members? 2) If it is handed over to a new committee, are they going to maintain the same name for Registration or any changes are required? 3) Normally, if it is an Apartment in the same complex, phase 1 / Phase 2 / Phase 3 etc.... is ok. Hi Sivanarayan, Regarding your query, I think you have to speak to your concerned builder, ie Sidharth Foundations about this.
We need an Answer from the Builders through this Common Floor Forum, as this Builder always gives advertisement in this Forum and also noticed this Common Floor serves for Builders than Public / Resident
