Latest Answer: bitter experience with Ushodaya Developers, i had booked flat no.401 in Luxuria Project, now under litigation and is getting moved to Consumer court. for further details, Have paid huge amount, moving to Consumer court . Request you all to study the builder before investing your hard earned money
