I am planning to book in their next project (SS Serenity) in Whitefield, borewell road. Need some feedback from Sai Sri Pride Owners. Have they provided OC?
No Till now we have not got OC . We are still running behind the builder to get OC for last 2 years after possession. May be hope we will get soon .

It does not matter whether you have more bores the main concern is the ground water level . In our project they have rain water harvesting planned so water won't be a major concern i hope .
