I am residing in Hubli the quality of the roads are in horrible condition so the municipal corporation recently started repairing the roads and some new roads were under construction and the corporation people started filling the potholes suddenly due to heavy rainfall all the repaired roads got damaged and potholes have again opened up. Dear All, My apartment: 604 [ 2BHK ] is available for rental accommodation from 1st April, 2012. For Rs 23,000 per month (excluding society maintenance) It is 1410 sq ft with 2 car parkings (in lower basement). Semi-Furnished: Currently the wood work in the flat is going on: Kitchen Cabinets & Bedroom wardrobes / Desk / Bathroom Fixtures. Additional electrical points + provision for central UPS system has been done. Painting of the apartment will happen by the end of 2nd week of March. In case the tenant (if finalised by then) wants a specific colour for the flat, it could be done. I have posted this advertisement in the common floor website. Would prefer to rent out the flat to a known family / senior individual from our Duo Harmony neighbours. Preferably after 5pm on week days. And anytime during the week-end. Best regards, Ashish
