I am pretty sure that the proposed school with in the Empyrean will not be ready when people move in. At best a kindergarten might be there. So which schools are you considering for your kids if you are planning to move to the Empyrean?
The schools near Sarjapur are at least 17-20km away and I doubt if they will provide transport to Empyrean if we are not considerable in numbers.

Recently they have recorded around 30,50,739 cases through Blackberry phone with latest technology up gradation by the department. Till 15th Dec a survey done by BWSSB found that around 29,854 have implemented the system and more 20,000 houses are yet to install. BWSSB made the installation the RWH system mandatory by December 31st this year. I feel Bescom is correct, they might thought on Safety of residents as I know Bescom approached KERC to amend a clause — 9.01 of the Conditions of Power Supply but appeal was dismissed stating prevention of unauthorized construction is not in the purview of the electricity supply company. There is a legal suite OS 8068 on this land owner. Do you have any status update on this?Marketing staff in Madhavaram Brindavan Palms act totally ignorant of this to avoid tainting their image. The Case number was written on the wall of the property on June 23rd but the builder erased it immediately on the next morning. I don't see any other issue with this property. As long as the Builder or Land Owner goes for settlement and close this case, I see no other issues.In his previous project Brindavan Serenity, he failed to obtain OC because of large deviations from the approved plan (he constructed two falts without approval for his personal use). But he is currently assuring that he will definitely obtain OC for Brindavan palms because he is constructing it 100% as per plan.

To make sure this, the Plan of the Layout formed by private developers should be approved by the Jurisdictional Town Planning authority.Approval of Layout Plan: under the provisions of section 14-B of the Karnataka Town & Country Planning Act, 1961, the development rights of the area/land (in which the site is situated) should be authorised for purpose of residential use by the jurisdictional Town Planning Authority. Rentals in higher level localities like Yadavagiri, Siddhartha Layout, Saraswathipuram among others have reached dizzying heights. They are quoting Rs. 10 thousand to Rs. 25,000 as of now. If you want a full furnished house around here it will easily cost you anywhere in the upwards of Rs. 25,000 and can go upto Rs. 50,000. As part of its plan to revamp the country's top 12 ports, the Centre has already asked the ports to prepare land data base and development plans to achieve international operating standards. The ports have also been asked to come up with a shelf of projects to increase their capacity to 1600 million tonnes from the present about 800 million tonnes. @Bulbul,

I think, in this regard, NMMC would need to adopt Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA), the Indian rating system, to award the certificate and also work towards the formulation of incentives policy. GRIHA was developed by TERI and later adopted by Central government. @Dhiraj,

As far as connectivity is concerned, Kalyan West is well connecte to major places of Mumbai City. It is 5 minutes drive from Kalyan Railway Station, 7 minutes drive from Shahad Railway Station, 10 minutes from Vithalwadi Railway Station, 5 minutes drive from Khadakpada,Godrej Hills, Near proposed KDMT bus depot etc.

They are frauds and cheating the people. Thou Amoda Springs was marketed by Chalapathy Naidu, internall they all (4 of them) have the unregistered MOU signed to market N.H. Bhaskar Reddy and N.H.Prasad Reddy land by forming the layout by N H Sharabha Reddy. They are not refunding the booking charges paid, since 6-8 months, we are behind them and new stories are being formed. They have suggested us to go fight the case legally or do whatever you can. Please join us if are already in the trap else be warned that you will be soon in the trap.
