B-khata property.
Q: Hi, I heard that Sai Teja Prestige is a b khata property. Will that be a problem if we purchase a flat in the Sai Teja Prestige? Is Pai Layout legal?

Latest Answer: The main problem is with loan if you are getting the home loan then you can definitely buy a flat . For future issue you have to take advice from your legal expert.
