B-khata property.
Q: Hi, I heard that Sai Teja Prestige is a b khata property. Will that be a problem if we purchase a flat in the Sai Teja Prestige? Is Pai Layout legal?

Some of the private banks provide home loans for b-khata property. So, can anyone buy a flat from such kind of an apartment(resale)?
