I would advice you not to invest in HBR layout as the development is going at a negative pace. from 22 years the area is facing improper garbage disposal and parking problems. Till now Nothing has been done by BBMP, Byatarayanapura CMC or BDA. Q: Has anybody booked in Brentwood? There are quite a few factors - which I'm trying to get views from others. 1) there is a confusion whether the area falls under panchayat or bbmp 2) there is public garbage dumping place used by BBMP nearby 3) road is not constructed 4)payment terms - not based on development of the project rather flat 5% every 2 months. Have you checked on these points?

Hi Krushna, I don't think there is any problem in buying this. Before including Whitefield area under BBMP it was a Panchayat and that's why the plot is still under Panchayat. Q: How we can put penalty to Builder? I have booked flat at Lodha Cassa Parido at SanathNagar project in 2010 Sept on the promise that I will get possession of the flat in Feb-2012 sure.. and because of good name of Lodha Group in Mumbai I have booked the flat.. Further they have delayed position of flat by one year. Now they are saying that they will give possession in Jan 2013.. and they are almost enjoying my flat cost which i took bank loan and back has disbursed the full amount only 5% is left which will be get disbursed after registration. I am paying full interest since last two years. and I dont have any clause in agreement to put the penalty on builder and anyone help me to get it done.

Q: Hi, I am looking to rent out an apartment of size 1075 square feet (3 BHK) at Provident WelWorth City, Doddaballapur Road. Apt. faces south-east (and kitchen too). There is plenty of light and air, with a wonderful view of vast open space, and greenery. Rent is Rs.14000/ per month,but negotiable. Maintenance charges 1500/- per year. There is club house, security is 24 hours, water no problem at all. If any one is interested pls let me know. Our apt. is on the Doddballapur Road, at a distance of about 30 minutes drive from Hebbal fly over. This road is free from traffic signals and is a very pleasant to drive.
