Before booking we read a blogs about Mahaveer group & were in a dilemma after reading the blogs as there were many dissatisfied customers. So before booking we spoke to that RSPL executive & he did agree saying that the previous construction sites were not built well due to a few issues that they faced. He said that we could visit the construction site regularly to check on any progress. So hope everything goes well. Also another confirmation that I would like is about the fact that the executive told us that the completion date would be Jan 2014.Was it the same dates that you all got? Any further information that any of you receive and can share it here would be appreciated.

Ranbir, how can a person own a road in public places? It is a road connecting to school, then may be it belongs to the school or else that is public road only. You can enquire about this with the concerned authority or a nearby real estate agent as they will be aware of such things. Q: I moved to this apartment almost a month ago .. It has been sheer frustration. Here are all the issues that you will be faced with. 1. BSNL is the only choice of telephone and they have run out of capacity so most new residents dont have landlines and Broadband connectivity. No intercom as well since that is integrated with BSNL. 2. Issues with local corporator and hence no cauvery water. 3. Issue with quality of electricity. The form factor is over the prescribed limits due to overloading of meters by brigade. Your electronics are at risk of getting fried. 4. Cable Mafia .. they will not allow you to have Tata Sky or any other DTH. So your expensive LCD is used to watch junk quality cable. I have heard stories where residents have been threatened. 5. Milk and Newspaper is controlled. So again you are literally forced to make do with mediocre services.

Q: Dear sir, In our apartment we are facing acute water shortages due to ground water depleted in the borewell and irregular supply of kaveri water.Due to this we are dependent on private water tankers since april 2012 and we have decided to collect the water charges from each flat owners/tenants. Few of the flat owners are not co-operating and they are not contributing the water expenses incurred. Even after repeated request, they dont come forward to pay. Due to this, the other flat owners have decided to cut the water connection or to complain in police station.Can this be done? since the association is not formed, we cant register the complaint in karnataka association act. Please help what better could be done to solve our problems. thanks
