You have to check with the builder to know the age of the building, if he is not able to give you the proper report, you can go the nearest revenue office and ask for the report as they will be having all the reports of the builder. As far as I know the builder always concentrate on the quality of construction and they are very much customer centric. Are there problems with SKYLINE MAGNOLIA at Horamavu? Had visited this project 3 years ago & the structure was almost done by then. Recently a friend & I wanted to book one FLAT in SKYLINE MAGNOLIA so we went again. The progress looks as it is. There is no occupancy yet, no electric meters, no plumbing and some of the glasses are shattered. When we inquired with the neighbours, we were told that the Project has been given notices from various authorities for violations: like 30% of Halla or Govt. waste land encroachment ; and Encroachment on to the Road. It is like Bhoot Bangla as remarked by the neighbours. It could be that these are general rumors. However, the building looks aged & there is no board of SKYLINE now. Can anyone confirm if there are issues with this project? Why there is no Occupancy yet? And if this property is in any dispute? Thank you.

There is plenty of light and air, with a wonderful view of vast open space, and greenery. Rent is Rs.14000/ per month,but negotiable. Maintenance charges 1500/- per year. There is club house, security is 24 hours, water no problem at all. If any one is interested pls let me know.
