Feedback on Samhita constructions
Q: v live in Samhita Blossom nr Doddanekundi area n v have lot of cracks in the flat. In many places nt much of cement is used. Car parking allotment is also nt fair. It is done based on the 'wishes' of Mr.Yogesh Reddy. v were really unfortunate to gt a small car parking. On complaining, he did nt heed to our request 4 change of parking and ws nt willing to part wid the builder parking he has marked. v wanted to show him d constrcn issues v have inside the house, bt he ws nt willing to spare time to look into that. Apartment ws supposed to be completed by October 2011. Now in March 2012 also, there is no sign of completion or handover. Gym, rain water harvesting etc were promised, bt no signs of construction of them. One boundary wall is also under dispute and such facts were hidden frm the buyers.

Latest Answer: I agree with Devi. I have an flat in Samhita Rainbow MTB, I see lot of cracks on the walls and few flats has cracks on the ceiling aslo (TG I do not have it). One example of Arch blunder is that one flats Kitchen's/Chimney's exhaust outlets are facing another flats windows or balcony.
