v live in Samhita Blossom nr Doddanekundi area n v have lot of cracks in the flat. In many places nt much of cement is used. Car parking allotment is also nt fair. It is done based on the 'wishes' of Mr.Yogesh Reddy. v were really unfortunate to gt a small car parking. On complaining, he did nt heed to our request 4 change of parking and ws nt willing to part wid the builder parking he has marked. v wanted to show him d constrcn issues v have inside the house, bt he ws nt willing to spare time to look into that. Apartment ws supposed to be completed by October 2011. Now in March 2012 also, there is no sign of completion or handover. Gym, rain water harvesting etc were promised, bt no signs of construction of them. One boundary wall is also under dispute and such facts were hidden frm the buyers.

Hey Devi, I heard that Samhita constructions provides quality constructions with excellent facilities and they have successfully completed many projects. Which project you are talking about Samhita Suites or Samhita Serenity? As I was planning to buy a flat in either of two projects. your feedback is highly appreciated.
Samhita Blossom is the one....this is adjacent to Samhita Serenity. Google for Samhita Construction, you will see feedback on other sites on the quality of construction.
