Any transport arrangement / facility has been made by the Ivy Estate for the prospective residents.
Q: Ivy Estate is located far from the main Pune hub. From the main road to go inside the estate, it could take about 10 minutes drive. Since the estate comprise of a huge resident community, it would be better if the Ivy estate runs and manages a Bus or mini bus service from and to to the estate for a pre determined tariff. Will the estate consider this ?

I did book a flat in Umang Premier of Ivy Estate. The transportation can be a problem right now if u dont have ur own vehicle. But I hope the things will change within a year as this area is fast developing. But still the more-than-half km-distance from Nagar road can be a problem as we cannot expect any public transposrt system exclusively to this estate.
