I bought a 3 BHK flat (1620 Sq.Ft.) in a project called Cleo County (ABA Corp) in sec-121 Noida at a basic rate of Rs. 3800 psf and have paid 40% to the builder as per their payment plan, now their published rate is at Rs 4490 psf (may be actual deal is at lesser price) and project is still under pre-launch / soft launch. I am bit worried about the delay in it's formal launch. I wanted to know whether I have made a good decision in investing in this project keeping in mind 5 years horizon. APK (Noida)

This project offers 3BHK & 4BHK apartment, area ranging from 1620 sq-ft to 2448 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 5390/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around 2018 December.

This project is located in a posh locality, suitable for both investment & end use. This project has approval from Noida Development Authority, banks approving loan are State Bank Of India, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank & Punjab National Bank. This project was launched in year 2012, that time the selling price was around 2800/sq-ft.
