Hi Achyut, I am Ganesh here. Even I heard from them Bhanu Pride is their own constructions. But, I am not getting any source to validate this. I am also in the process of finalizing a flat in Bhanu Symphony. And let me know whether you were able to get a legal opinion about Bhanu Symphony project and feedback from lawyer. I did some research on their previous projects which is located at Kammnahali. The project name is Bhanu Paradise located near Jala Vayu Vigar. I enquired with the near by people. However, the response from them was the construction quality is not good and poor. I had an opportunity to talk with one of the owner from the same apartment where he posted a adv to sell a flat at Bhanu Paradise. I could not recollect his name. But, when I spoke to him, he also said the construction quality is not good and was not giving a positive reply. The above said project was done my Bhanu Constructions some 5yrs before. I am not sure what I should do. If anyone apart from me had an opportunity to do some research on this builder, please post your comments here so that it helps. After seeing their completed project we felt of booking their new project @Kaggadaspura, Abhaaya Reddy Layout. The price of 53Lks for 2BHK -1078 SFT + REG+STAMP+INTERIORS+FITTINGS. Is it worth buying. We are planning to take it up? Any good suggestion is welcome from people living in that area.
