Unjustified Demand from Paramount
Q: Pramamount has sent unjustified demand letters with no breakup of demand, and forcing people to pay the same with no questions asked. I had made my all payments and I have all receipts and letters from Paramount regarding this. But last week I got new unjustified demand letters with no breakup of demand. I’m trying to reach them but they are not picking my phone.They have started to do the same exact thing for which Indian real estate builders have a bad name and misuse the one sided agreements.

Latest Answer: I am also facing the same issue .. They have levied penalty of 70,000 for late payment Rs which happened due to delay from their end. Pl let us know how we can take action on them. Thanks Regards Amit.
