How SBI has approved it? How much is the deviation there? is there any water issue? Is there any litigation? I heard that most of the New projects are having quality issues. Also not sure if construction will be delayed. Most of the new projects are quite away from city. At least the resale once are like we get what we see. Some already might have proper docs. Thats why I feel Resale is better.
