I am considering supertech's Upcountry-Grand Circuit project due to the following points :- 1. It is on Yamuna Express Highway, away from densly populated areas. 2. It is a massive project (100 Acres of size). 3. Unique concept of artificial beach in the society itself. 4. ROA is considerably better than other proposed areas. 5. Lots of places of interest in and around the township. My budget is near about 40 Lakhs.
