Hi, I would like to buy a flats and my budget would be 20 lacks.
Q: I dont have any money with me to pay the down payment, since the loans will be approved only for 85%. So i would like to know if any of the builders would help me by providing finance to buy the property. I assure that I will pay the EMI's without any delay on the stipulated date and time. My dream is to buy a home of my own and currently am in helpless position. So looking forward for your suggestions or ideas on this. I would be very thankful life long if you could help me out on this.
