I dont have any money with me to pay the down payment, since the loans will be approved only for 85%. So i would like to know if any of the builders would help me by providing finance to buy the property. I assure that I will pay the EMI's without any delay on the stipulated date and time. My dream is to buy a home of my own and currently am in helpless position. So looking forward for your suggestions or ideas on this. I would be very thankful life long if you could help me out on this.
Hi Sathish..buying property in Chennai is a good decision. But you need to think about many factors. Firstly the location which is very important, then your budget, the builder reputation and etc. Kindly let me know what are your preferred locations and the approximate amount you can pay.
Any area in the NH road towards chegalpet. I prefer areas like guduvanchery, urapakkan, etc. Else, areas like perambur, redhills, annagar side etc. But it would be great if you could arrange me near main road whre there is facility for boarding the buses bcoz the flats should not be very deep interior. I can pay from 15000 to 20000 per month and i assure that i will pay without any delay

Hey Sathish..according to your budget..you can buy either 1 bhk or 2 bhk. You can look for 1 bhk in areas like Puzal, Perambur, OMR, Kelambakkam etc. If you are looking for 2 bhk apartment go for Nallambakkam, Thaiyur, etc.

Satish..for finance..i think you need to talk to the builder only.The payment schedule differs from builder to builder.
Thank you Kunal, is there any builders in chennai whom you know affords 100% finance to buy the property. Am ready to pay the emi to the builder every month without any delay
