I am so surprised to see two common walls for every block except corner flats. Most of the A tier builders provide with the only one common wall. I am not sure will it bothers our daily life.

Latest Answer: @Vaibhav, Yes i had not only booked an apartment in this flat but also entered into sale agreement with the landlady after a payment of 20% of the cost of flat. I have made the payments for 302 which is owner's share. My experience has been hell till now. The flat and construction is very good, the reason in the first place for me being interested in this flat. But the interaction with the landlady is very unprofessional. I'm still running around to get the flat registered. Don't know about the experience with the builder though.
