The price you have quoted is all inclusive. What about the approvals and amenities?

It is said that the price for land in the IT corridor ranges between Rs2,000 to Rs4,000 per square foot. To build the Metro line into the IT corridor, it is estimated that the local authority will spend thousands of crores. The extension line between Baiyappanahalli and Whitefield will have 14 stations on the 15.50 kilometer stretch.

It seems registration department undervalued few residential projects in Bangalore. Any idea which are those properties?
The residential units at Prestige Kingfisher Towers were booked for more than Rs 25,000 per sqft. But when the registration department did a valuation of the property, in the final stages of construction, has pegged the price of the property at Rs 12,000-12,211/sqft, which is way below the market price.

Hi All,I read some where that the government has decided to revise its guidance value across the state this October. According to new rule, yearly revision of guidance values is necessary.
Yeah I agree with you @ Diwakar... But the yearly revision started from 2012 to bring the value up to at least 70% of the market value. Last time the values were revised in November 2014.

The project is located off Hosur Road ,close to Biocon. Narayana and Hrudayalaya and Electronic City. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 3300. The price of the apartment ranges from Rs 34 lakhs to Rs 52 lakhs.

Even I am planning to book a villa for my daughter. The plan and price seems to be good. Has anyone gone for legal process.
The price rabges from Rs 55 lakhs to Rs 65 lakhs approximately. The project is spared over 9.4 acres of land with 123 villas :) :)
