@Utpal, The project is in pre launch stage and all the approvals are under process that is the reason that there is no information available over the internet about the same.
Where exactly is the project located in Whitefield thinking of going fore a site visit? Are the model flats ready?

Sumadhura Shikharam offers 2, 2.5 and 3 bhk apartments with area ranging from 1175 sqft to 1945 sqft. The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 4199.

Q: I'm searching for an 2 BHK Apartment in north bangalore. I saw atzproperties.in website the project name was atz splendor. I wanted to know how much is the builder qualitative and whats their pricing and amenities. Do they have A Khata, OC and CC. If you are already a customer of it plss reply as I'm planning for a site visit.

ATZ Properties in a short span of time has made a mark as a well known developers and builders who are well known for quality construction, loyalty and commitment.
Are they giving A Khata for all the apartments and how many total apartments are there in this project?
