Q: The sample apartment gave us a gud impression.likely completion as told by the builders is 2014 dec. wanted info on the following 1. quality of their last projects2.any delay in handing over of earlier projects

Latest Answer: Look before you buy in this project.Make a informed decision.Kent Mahal Project delayed.When I booked the apartment in 2012 - I was promised handover in Dec 2012.Ultimately the project was handed over in Dec 2013 but apartments still not in a livable stage.NOC hasn't been received and therefore no KSEB connection in the apartments.This is going to take another 4/5 months as per their offices.My apartment walls have already developed cracks. The builder isnt committed to hand over the apartments in time and their customer service sucks.
