Q: The sample apartment gave us a gud impression.likely completion as told by the builders is 2014 dec. wanted info on the following 1. quality of their last projects2.any delay in handing over of earlier projects

Hello Run..The builder of Kent Mahal is Kent Constructions .The company has fifteen years of experience in the real estate field. I think they are delivering projects in Kochi only. I dint hear any complaint of this builder.
