I am interested in this property called SVS palms in marathalli bangalore...can anybody share some information that proves the apartment legally authentic... as they are saying that they will provide all the lagal documents only after depositing the booking amount. pls help

Latest Answer: Hi Aishwarya, i have booked the flat in SVS palms 1, sometime back in Aug'2012. The project got approved by all leading banks like SBI,HDFC&LIC. Myself got loan approval from HDFC. you no need to worry about the approvals. Let me know if you need any other information.
