Q: It seems there's proposed Bagmane tech park in front of SVS Palms, is that true?

Hi Aishwarya, i have booked the flat in SVS palms 1, sometime back in Aug'2012. The project got approved by all leading banks like SBI,HDFC&LIC. Myself got loan approval from HDFC. you no need to worry about the approvals. Let me know if you need any other information.
Thanks Ram for sharing information..would you mind if ask you to share the rate on which you booked the flat..as every one has booked the flat in different rate.Seems they dont have any fix rates .
