There are issues of water, electricity, roads etc so think twice if you are lookingfor ready to move units.

Hi Abhilash, Yes the real estate scenario was such that the property prices were falling but now with the strong government in the center the prices have stabilized a bit... there is much expected from the budget as well..so i will suggest that you wait a bit...
