Yes it is true, if you are EWS / BPL persons, its good news, and if you are not, it’s still not so bad a news as 15% is what is being allotted. The July 2013 policy of the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) states that the EWS/BPL plots in licensed residential plotted colonies will have to be 20% of the total land of the township, measuring between 50 sq. m and 125 sq. m. and this for EWS/BPL flats, will amount to 15% of the total number of flats in a group housing society measuring about 200 sq. ft. each.Yes it is true, if you are EWS / BPL persons, its good news, and if you are not, it’s still not so bad a news as 15% is what is being allotted. I booked a flat in Antriksh Golf Link around a year back in tower H.
As per the broker this tower was supposed to be the premium tower of all but till now there is no sign of construction of this tower.
I have visited the site 3-4 times but everytime builder is giving me excuses though in the agreement it is mentioned that the possession will be given in Dec 2016 which seems next to impossible.
