I have shortlisted two localities Badlapur and Naigaon, which one is better?
Q: I am looking the flat for my own use. Badlapur east project are, Mohan Palms, Arihant Anmol, Pranjee Garden City. Naigaon east project shortlisted are Nakshatra Greens, Ornate and Parasnath Please advise?

Latest Answer: Hi all, As per the research, i found that the residential property rate in Badlapur, Thane is between Rs. 2800-4450/sq-ft. depends on the locality and the basic amenities provided by the developer in their project.
