I have shortlisted two localities Badlapur and Naigaon, which one is better?
Q: I am looking the flat for my own use. Badlapur east project are, Mohan Palms, Arihant Anmol, Pranjee Garden City. Naigaon east project shortlisted are Nakshatra Greens, Ornate and Parasnath Please advise?

My comments to replies
Badlapur is an important area in Thane and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. It is witnessing a vibrant real estate activity due to multiple reasons such as affordability, good connectivity and industrial development. The area is specifically witnessing a good real estate activity in the affordable segment.
Hi Vineet, Thanks for info, really appreicate. Could you please also through some light on Naigaon's growth and futher development? More or less I am getting the 1BHK in the same cost in both the localities.
