The rate per sqft is around Rs 3,450. All the leading banks are providing home loan for this project and the project is also known to be approved by BBMP

Yeah you are correct for the time being travelling is little bit difficult but BBMP is planning to build a link road connecting the Bannerghatta Road with Hosur Road. To provide convenience to the residents and commuters of Hosur road, the link road project will soon take its foundation.
