I would like to suggest all my friends who are looking forward for electronic city area that please invest in correct and authetic projects only. I saw lot of projects in phase 1 which are not apporved by BMRDA or BDA but builder claim it to get those apporval soon. Even these kind of projects are not approved by all reputed banks. Mostly India Bulls and Caffin Homes approved with an undertaking stating that for all illegal construction flat owner is responsible and not bank or builder. This is a kind of fraud as we customer don't understand all aspects of it. Considering all these points I found Purnima elite as a very good project to invest. They have all approvals from gov authority and banks. Proximity from ph2 IT hub is just 2KM. , All necessary amenities, Budget Flat, Ventilation, Good nearby area. -Vishal
