Think before Investing In MAXBLIS CONSTRUCTION PVT. LTD.
Q: i booked 3 flats in Grand Wellington which i applied for cancellation around Four months back . My alloted units have been resold and yrt i have not got the refund djue to shortage of funds ( as told by Mr. Vikas Chawla, CEO, Maxblis Contruction Pvt. Ltd. ). Moreover they are not a member of any association or so , in which i can complain like CREDAI. etc. I feel like a beggar whenever i visit their office.

Hi Sumit, But why are you cancelling the units now. As per my knowledge , Sec 75 problems have been sorted and maxblis has resumed construction work in other projects like white house.Hi Sumit, But why are you cancelling the units now. Is Maxblis whitehouse 2 is safe investment?
Q: I visited Maxblis office in Sec 75 and saw the project white house. I could see some contruction going on and also told it is funded by nationalised bank like Bank of Maharashtra and Overseas bank. The possession time is 30 -36 months for new towers. Is it safe to invest there?

Thanks for your advice. With recent activities which many builders like Panchsheel, DASNAC , JM launching there construction in Sector 75 . They are saying the Noida Authority approvals for land use is now well clear and all are saying to give possession in next 3 years. Is there something still wrong?Thanks for your advice.
