Mana Candela - Has anyone booked
Q: The project seems to be good..The price they are quoting currently is 3100/sq ft which is reasonable considering Mana to be one of the reputed builders in mid-range...What do you think guys... The pros according to me are: 1.Emerging area in East Bangalore.Few software companies are coming up.Sure about wipro.Not sure about Infosys. 2.Connectivity to outer ring road,whitefiled and ecity. 3.BMTC bus facility to MGROAD and Majestic since a new BMTC bus depot is coming up. Cons : -Its not developed yet.But since the possesion is 1.5-2 years there may be chances of few developments.But still skeptical. -Not on the sarjapur main road like other projects confident leo etc..But we donot get them for such a price. -Not sure about water facility. Latest Answer: Hi Harsha,Did you booked the flat in mana Candela?? I am planning to book. but they say 2lakh booking amout should be paid in cash and they dont accept PDC cheque for intial booking amount. Is this correct? Has anyone paid like this? Thanks, Sujit
