The project seems to be good..The price they are quoting currently is 3100/sq ft which is reasonable considering Mana to be one of the reputed builders in mid-range...What do you think guys... The pros according to me are: 1.Emerging area in East Bangalore.Few software companies are coming up.Sure about wipro.Not sure about Infosys. 2.Connectivity to outer ring road,whitefiled and ecity. 3.BMTC bus facility to MGROAD and Majestic since a new BMTC bus depot is coming up. Cons : -Its not developed yet.But since the possesion is 1.5-2 years there may be chances of few developments.But still skeptical. -Not on the sarjapur main road like other projects confident leo etc..But we donot get them for such a price. -Not sure about water facility.
